More than just post-adoption agreements. In general Florida is really good at loosing children (or killing them off) in the foster care system, and denying parenting to many qualified people who should otherwise be allowed to parent. The one good thing about the DCF is that Florida goes after dead-beat parents (ie child support skippers) with a vengeance. They don't mess around in that department...
