		<description>See, here&#039;s what I don&#039;t get.  Why does &quot;Plans changed&quot; mean: mom and baby don&#039;t get one-on-one time?  I think it&#039;s up to the adoptive parents to make that happen.  The most important people at and after the birth &lt;strong&gt;should be&lt;/strong&gt; the mother and child.  Period.&lt;br /&gt;
